Good news everyone! I will now be holding classes at Your-Life Fitness in Selkirk, located at 51o Greenwood Avenue.
Yoga classes start this week! Flow classes are held from 7-8pm on Thursdays and 12.10-12.50pm on Fridays.
Prego-mamas and new mamas, there is a class for you too! Pre/post natal yoga is every Friday for the month of October from 11am-noon.

Pre/post Natal Yoga (baby friendly!)
This active and empowering class is suitable women in all stages of pregnancy as well as new mamas (little one’s up to walking age are welcome!). Create strength and flexibility, open the hips and develop a strong pelvic floor to support and deliver baby, as well as return the body to pre-baby fitness after baby arrives. Cultivate breathing techniques and be pampered with conscious relaxation exercises that can lead you into an empowering and natural birth. There is no better time to begin your yoga practice than pregnancy and motherhood!
